Welcome to Purse Persians Kittens. By using our website and purchasing our products and services, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website.

• Payment: All payments must be made in full before the kitten is released to the buyer.
• Veterinarian cost and care is the responsibility of the new kitten owner.
  
• Health Guarantee: Our kittens are guaranteed to be healthy at the time of sale. However, if a kitten is found to have a life threatening genetic based health issue within the first year of purchase, we will offer an exchange when a kitten becomes available. Kitten in question must have veterinarian evaluation. Any findings regarding said kitten must be presented in writing by veterinarian of customer's choice to Purse Persians.
  
• Shipping: We can arrange for shipping of the kitten at the buyer's expense. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any additional fees, such as health certificates.
  
• Return Policy: We do not offer refunds of any payment or purchase. We only offer a replacement kitten within the first year of life due to a genetic health issue within one year of purchase.
  
• Breeder's Rights: We reserve the right to refuse a sale to any buyer for any reason.
